The Full Day shoot is perfect for small properties with only 2-3 guest rooms and guest baths. 5 hours typically allows the creative team to photograph the exterior of the Inn, (1) common area and up to (3) guest rooms and baths.

Two Days $800 plus two nights lodging & breakfast for two adults
10 hours (includes post-production work)

The Two Day shoot works best for small to medium sized properties with an innkeeper that really wants to put the best foot forward!  A full 8 hours of set-up and shooting typically allows our photographic team to capture exterior of the inn in early morning or late afternoon, (1-3) common areas, food or dining shots and up to (5) guest rooms and baths.

Our rates include all of the following:

• Photographer
• Room Stylist
• Travel time to your location (mileage and/or airfare is additional)
• CD containing your custom high-resolution images
• Photo cropping and enhancing in post-production work
• Non-exclusive reproduction rights for use in promoting your Bed and Breakfast for any type of advertising, editorial, print and the Internet

Helpful information:

• 50% deposit is required in advance on all photo shoots
• Travel fees apply after the first 60 miles on all photo shoots
• Mileage is based on current Governmental Rates
• Travel fees and your 50% deposit must be received at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled shoot date or it may become necessary to reschedule the date
• Complimentary lodging at your B&B is necessary for all shoots
